Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

Important Note

To process any return, exchange, or refund request, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video + Photos of the product at the time of delivery. This video serves as proof of the product’s condition upon receipt and is required for any claims.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or it doesn’t fit your requirements, you can exchange it for the same product or another item of equal value.
  • Conditions for exchange:
    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • Courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
  • If there is a fault in the product, we will replace it. However, you must send the faulty product back to our address, and we will ship the replacement after verification.

Return Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for customers who do not wish to keep their purchase.
  • Conditions for return:
    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • The unboxing video must clearly show the product’s condition at the time of delivery.
    • Courier charges for returns will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

  • If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange or replacement, return the product to us in unused, undamaged condition and in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Conditions for refund:
    • The unboxing video must clearly show the product’s condition at the time of delivery.
    • You will receive 100% of the invoice amount as a refund.
    • Courier charges for returns will be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed via Mobicash or another specified method. Transaction deductions by the payment processor are beyond our control.
